My Story

2018 found me with a marriage ending, a grandson on the way and a big promotion at work.  I lost my focus on me and gained 50+ pounds.

​

A couple years and a pandemic later, I faced the scale and weighed 202 pounds.

​

So I started my #quaranTEN goal of losing 10 pounds while working from home during the pandemic.  To date, I've lost over 60 pounds!

​

This is not my first time losing 50+ pounds.  I have lived the yo-yo weight life for a purpose.  I became a Master Certified Health Coach so I can bring my purpose to life through GRIT Health Coaching.

My Vision & Mission

My vision is to enable people around the world to find their GRIT (Goals, Guts, Resilience, Initiative, Transformation).

My mission is to help my clients find the GRIT they need to live their healthiest life, lose the weight, get in shape, eat the right foods, prevent illness, reduce stress and improve their mental health.

​

My coaching is real-life, no fluff and action oriented (just like me!)
